Immowelt and Immonet are two of AVIV Group's flagship brands in Germany. They offer comprehensive real estate classifieds platforms that connect buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords. Both brands are dedicated to providing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that make finding, selling, and renting properties efficient and enjoyable. Their platforms support millions of users with detailed property listings, advanced search filters, and a variety of tools to facilitate real estate transactions.
AVIV GmbH needed to enhance and maintain the legacy Germany Classified Details Page for their Immowelt and Immonet brands. The goal was to ensure optimal functionality and user experience amidst a competitive real estate market. The project required a comprehensive approach to product development, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
As our mission progressed, we were tasked with implementing new technologies to ensure long-term platform stability. This included converting the analytics engine from Google Analytics 3 (GA3) to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and developing a new web component to display Immowelt listings on a partner website to enhance their listings while increasing lead generation for Immowelt.
