Our Hiring Process

1. Application questions and CV Review

Our Group Product Managers review CVs but may prioritize the application questionnaire to focus beyond polished resumes. Product Managers assess your responses first, so don’t worry if the process outline varies slightly.

2. Cultural Fit Call


This call is a great chance to ask questions and learn about our ways of working, team dynamics, and company culture. The sooner it’s scheduled, the faster you’ll progress through our hiring process.

3. Prepare a Product Challenge

Our Recruiting Operations Coordinator anonymizes challenge submissions (e.g., as a number or initials). Three Product Managers then review and independently rank each candidate's seniority.

4. Present your case to the Product People Team

Three Product Managers join this call, typically different from those who reviewed the case study asynchronously. They independently rank the candidate’s seniority and vote on moving to the next step.

5. Join us for Feedback on your deliverables

If we decide not to proceed after your case submission, we’re happy to provide feedback on areas for improvement. You’ll receive an automated Calendly link to schedule a feedback call after your presentation.

6. Send two relevant references

Our decision considers all gathered information, including references. If we proceed with an offer, we’ll finalize your level with us. You can help speed up the process by having your referees schedule a call promptly.
